InterCity & Ride-Share Cancellation Policy:
To ensure a reliable and high-quality experience, our services operate under specific guidelines. Please be aware that all InterCity and long-distance bookings are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable once confirmed due to dedicated vehicle allocation. For Ride-Share and local trips, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the driver's progress to your location. Additionally, a waiting fee will be applied if the passenger or parcel is not ready at the pickup location within 5 minutes of the driver’s arrival. Any usage beyond the selected package—including tolls, permits, and additional waiting times—will be subject to extra charges based on our standard rates.

Parcel Delivery & Liability Guidelines:
Our platform facilitates parcel delivery services. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged and comply with our safety regulations. Turex strictly prohibits the transport of hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or high-value currency. Responsibility for the package content and its legal compliance lies solely with the sender. Turex and its independent couriers are not liable for any damages resulting from improper packaging. In the event of loss or damage, Turex’s liability is strictly limited to the declared and verifiable market value of the item.
