Goturex Driver Service Agreement ​
Subject: Independent Contractor Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Independent Contractor Status
The Driver explicitly acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and NOT an employee of Goturex. The Driver is responsible for their own taxes (1099), health insurance, and vehicle maintenance.

2. Document Maintenance
The Driver must maintain a valid US Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration, and Personal Auto Insurance at all times. The Driver agrees that Goturex will automatically suspend access to the platform if any of these documents expire.

3. Insurance Coverage Period
. Period 1 (App Open): Driver's personal insurance is primary.
. Period 2 & 3 (Trip Active): Goturex provides the master commercial liability insurance ($1M) as required by applicable State Laws and Regulations.

4. Safety & Conduct
The Driver agrees to:
. Maintain a vehicle that is no older than 10-15 years (as per company policy).
. Follow all local and state traffic laws and regulations at all times.
. Maintain professional conduct and ensure passenger safety during every trip.

Additional Legal Terms & Conflict Resolution

. Precedence: In case of any conflict, these terms shall prevail.
. Background Checks: Turex reserves the right to conduct background and driving record checks at any time.
. Binding Arbitration: All disputes shall be settled exclusively via binding arbitration in Delaware.
. Fixed Vehicle Standards: Notwithstanding Section 4, all vehicles must be no older than 12 years (2014 or newer).
. Liability Limit: Turex’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the delivery fee.
